Report, Delete or Appeal

Somebody under 18

SMOLDR is for adults and nobody under 18 may use it. If you believe somebody under 18 has an account, email help@joinsmoldr.com with their phone number.

Report someone

To file a report in the app, open the person's profile and tap Block or Report at the bottom, then Report. You can attach one screenshot.

If you have more than one screenshot, email them to help@joinsmoldr.com with the phone number on your account.

Delete your account

To delete your account in the app, tap the Account tab, then Delete Account. Type DELETE and your account is deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the app, email help@joinsmoldr.com with the phone number on your account. We text a 6-digit code to that number. Once you confirm it, the account is deleted. Nobody can delete an account they do not own.

Appeal a removal

A removal does not expire, but after six months you may ask to come back. Email help@joinsmoldr.com with the phone number on your account. Make your case, and include anything that supports it. If the number matches an account, a team member will be in touch.

Two things are never appealed: threats of violence, and anything involving a minor.
